Guide for Changing the Channel on the Gen2 RF Clicker - These two guides will help you check the settings on your RF receiving unit and clickers, and assist you in getting them changed to a new channel if they are having difficulty transmitting due to surrounding interference from other RF devices.
Have you tried installing the software for your clickers and haven't had any luck?
The problem may be that the software that was included with your CPS clickers is not a version that can be installed on Windows Vista or Apple OSX 10.5 (Leopard).

NOTE: CPS is not currently compatible with Apple OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and 64-bit versions of Windows. An update is due out this spring that is scheduled to address these issues.
