Christa McAuliffe Professional Development Center The iCATS are located in the Christa McAuliffe Professional Development Center. Formerly an alternative middle school, this facility now has offices for some grant personnel and is also home to a Head Start program. The large meeting area is a frequent gathering place for curriculum facilitators, BigTable meetings, and various other professional development activities. The iCATS hold workshops in the main room as well as our computer lab, which can be configured with Macs or PC's to meet the needs of the participants. The Christa PDC is located at the corner of Governor and Columbia Streets, directly behind Delaware Elementary School.
