Student Search

This is another way you can search for information on students in your school building.

 

1). Click the Student Search button located in the Quick Links box.

 

 

2). After you enter your search terms in the necessary boxes, click the Search button.

 

Below are some suggested criteria for searching for the student database.

 

 

A). School - Filters results by school. Most people will only have one listed, but teachers who teach at more than one will have schools designated to them listed in this menu.

 

B). Last Name/First Name - THE EASIEST WAY TO SEARCH!!! You must at least type in a Last Name. The results will show all the students in your school by last name. You can filter the results using the Grade and Gender drop downs.

 

C). Parent Name - Using the parent's last name is a difficult criteria to search by since names sometimes differ. Use this search option as a last resort.

 

D). Grade - Filters the search by grade level.

 

E). STN & Student ID - You have to know this information to take advantage of it. It's better to search by name.

 

F). Gender - Filters the search by gender.

 

G). Family Name (all schools) - This will search the entire EVSC RDS database for students by last name. Grade and Gender are good filters to apply to focus results. ANOTHER GREAT TOOL IF YOU WANT TO SEE HOW PAST STUDENTS ARE DOING!

 

3). To view the student information, click the hyperlink of the student's name.
