In continuing the great success of Tech Tuesdays from this past summer, the ICATS are opening the doors of the EVSC Technology and Innovation Center after school for teachers and staff to come and work on projects with the ICATS. All "After the Bells" are informal and are being given as an opportunity for teachers and staff to utilize the facilities, expertise, and technologies that exist at the Technology and Innovation Center.
How do I register?
STEP 1 - Register on PD Website
Go to the EVSC Professional Development Website, click on the ICATS category from the workshop listings and click on the "After the Bell" session you wish to register.

You can also find the workshops located on the Calendar View on every 2nd, 4th, and 5th Tuesday of each month (except for holidays and election day).
STEP 2 - Fill Out Needs Survey
Please fill out our Needs Survey, so we can prepare and better meet your needs prior to your arrival at the TIC. CLICK HERE to fill out the survey.

I can't get there until 3:30. Is that ok?
These work days are informal and there is not an official start time. You can come when you want and leave when you want anytime between 3:00 and 5:30 PM. We want this opportunity to fit your schedule and we'll be here to help when you get here.
Do I need to bring anything?
- A project or idea in mind to work on.
- Materials / Resources for the project.
- A flash drive to save any files you wish to take with you.
Can I earn points towards renewing my license?
Yes. All of the "After the Bells" are posted on the EVSC Professional Development Website. Just go to "Workshops" and then scroll down to "ICATS" to find all the great "After the Bell" work days and other workshops the ICATS are offering.
There is now a new option for renewing your Indiana teaching license under the new REPA program is the Professional Growth Plan (PGP). The PGP is an opportunity for teachers, administrators and school service personnel to control their own professional development and use these experiences towards licensing renewal.
One PGP point is given for every contact hour an educator is actively involved in a professional development activity. A total of 90 PGP points is required for submission. PGP activities must be gained since the issue date of the license being renewed.
