Web Tools for Teachers: Drawing

There are a lot of great drawing tools on the web. The tools below are free, easy to use, and they do what they say they will do:

TinkerCad (formerly 3DTin)– 3-dimensional drawing space.

A Web Whiteboard– A Web Whiteboard is touch-friendly online whiteboard app that lets you use your computer, tablet or smartphone to easily draw sketches, collaborate with others and share them with the world.

bomomo– Bomomo is a fantastic online tool for creating colourful abstract images in just a few seconds.

Drawminos– Build and draw with dominos. Then watch them all fall over.

Favicon– Free icon drawing tool.

Jackson Pollack– Create art like the famous painter.

Kerpoof (Discontinued 4/15/2014)– Suite of creativity and drawing tools.

kleki– Kleki is a modern painting and image editing tool for your browser. No plug-ins required.

Galatic Ink Sketchpad (formerly MudCube Sketchpad)–  Beautiful user interface and just enough tools for the middle grades.

Muro– Multi-function online drawing program.

Picassohead– Create your own Picasso with Picassohead. Make art online with picassohead digital art tool from RFI Studios and Ruder Finn.

Queeky– Queeky is an online platform for people who like drawing and online art.

quikmaps (Discontinued 6/1/2018)– Doodle on Google.

Scribble Maps– Easily draw on maps and then share them with friends, completely for Free!

Sumopaint– Sumopaint is fully featured online (and offline) image editor and graphics app.

Supalogo– Online logo generator.

TinkerCAD– With Tinkercad you can quickly turn your idea into a CAD model for a 3D printer.

Weavesilk– Interactive (and relaxing) art generator.
