Web Tools for Teachers: Screen Capturing Tools

There are a lot of great screen capturing tools on the web. The tools below are free, easy to use, and they do what they say they will do:

Bounce– A fun and easy way to share ideas on a website.

Monosnap– Monosnap is perfect tool that allows you to take, share and manage your screenshots.

Screencastle – (Website is no longer available)– One-click screencasting.

Screencast-o-matic– One-click screen capture recording on Windows or Mac computers with no install for FREE!

Snaggy– Snaggy is an image host that lets you paste images from your clipboard directly online.  Any kind of image, from raw data to URL paths, can be pasted in one step. Snaggy also has a simple built-in editor you can use before you share your image.

Screen Capturing Downloads

Jing – (Resource is no longer available)– Simple and FREE, Jing is the perfect way to enhance your fast-paced online conversations. Create images and videos of what you see on your computer screen, then share them instantly!
