How to Get Started with Parent Access
At EVSC, we know that life can be busy. That’s why we’ve created a simple way you can keep track of how your child is doing in school by using a system called EVSC Parent Access. With EVSC Parent Access, you can check your child’s grades, test scores and attendance. You can even email your child’s teachers and pay their book fees, all from one site.
To help new users get started, this page will guide you with setting up your EVSC Parent Access Account. You can do this using your smart phone or a computer with internet access and the activation code obtained from your school (series of numbers and letters) below.
How to Create a New Parent Access Account
1). Open a web browser and visit the EVSC district website: https://district.evscschools.com/
2). Click the Parent Access button located in the Quick Links section in the left sidebar. This link will take you to the EVSC Parent Access page.
3). Type your activation code in the box where it says Activation Code at the bottom of the website.
4). This will take you to a page where you can create your own user name and password.
To create your account, you will need to enter your email address and other information you will use if you forget your password.
View Student Information
Click the Student’s Name to view:
- Schedule and Grades
- Standardized Tests
Add Additional Children
If you have more than one student in the EVSC, click add a student at the top of the website and enter a new activation code.
When you are finished, click I’M FINISHED ADDING ACTIVATION CODES to return to the main page.
