Home Electronics Recycling in Evansville this week

TVs that have lead in the glass have a small fee to recycle. All other TVs (LCD, LED, Plasma, etc…) can be recycled free of charge.

Spring is here and it’s time to clean out the old electronics in our homes.  Don’t throw that old computer away! Bring it to the electronics recycling days at C&I Electronics Thursday & Friday, May 7 & 8 from 10 until 4 and on Saturday, May 9 from 8 until noon.

Computers and other electronic items will be accepted free of charge.  There will be a $20 fee for each regular TV and a $40 fee for each projection TV.

Call 812.423.9166 for more information about the electronics recycling days May 7th through 9th at C&I Electronics.

Vanderburgh County households only.

No businesses or schools please.

The charge for the old CRT TVs helps offset the high cost of recycling leaded glass that are in these televisions. It’s a small price to pay to keep these toxins out of our landfills.
