There are three possiblities that could be causing this problem.
1). The student has just been enrolled in your class. New students will not show up in the teacher module grade book until the following day. If the student is still not listed the next day, contact your school counselor.
2). The student has been withdrawn from your class, and has transferred to another one of your classes, a different teacher, or a different school. To view the student’s grades, do the following:
3). If the above reasons were not the case, you need to have the office at your school investigate the issue. If they can’t find the answer, they will need to contact technical support to assist.
