I have dabbled in Geogebra, both to aid in explaining Math concepts and in giving students an alternative way to show me that they understand a concept, but I had never taken time to learn how to turn my Geogebra file into a java applet.  This week, I found a straightforward youtube video, showing how easy this is.  It turns out that creating the applet is simply a matter of exporting as html.  This video also gives a really good introduction to setting up sliders and dynamic text in Geogebra.
