If you’re not getting new email in your Gmail account, you may be forwarding your Gmail to another email account. Here’s how to check to see if you’re forwarding to another email account and how to disable this feature so your email stays in Gmail.
How to turn off forwarding in Gmail
- Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click the tab for Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
4. Make sure Disable forwarding is toggled. Also check your settings to make sure they are the same as the screenshot below.
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom.
